Trivialville

I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell is based off the stories of Tucker Max, the writer of the book of the same title as well as his infamous website TuckerMax.com. Based off the Austin Road Trip story from both his book and his website, the film centers around Tucker who takes his two friends out to the greatest strip club in the world, and all the chaos that ensues because of it. It's a road trip movie, a buddy comedy, and judging by the trailer, a comedy that will be both hilarious and controversal.

I love Tucker Max's writing, and could care less if it is real or not. The trailer does not disappoint, and already has lines worth quoting ("fat chicks aren't real people"). I can see this movie being a douchebag's paradise, but I don't care. The trailer is a bit neutered, but there's talk of a red band trailer in the future, so all the Tucker Max fans can get pumped to truly get the essence of the film.

Watch the trailer, lemme know what you think, and bask in the hilarity this movie promises...and hopefully delivers.

I Hope they Serve Beer in Hell comes out September 25th.
